Cancellation & Refund Policy
Effective Date: June 8, 2026Thank you for choosing THANVI ENTERPRISE for your digital reading. Because our products are digital e-novels delivered immediately upon purchase or active subscription, our refund and return policies differ from physical merchandise. Please read our guidelines below.
1. Digital Content Return Policy
- All Sales are Final: Due to the intangible, instant access nature of digital e-novels, all one-time book purchases and completed automated subscription payments are non-returnable and non-refundable.
- Change of Mind:We cannot offer refunds, credits, or exchanges for accidental purchases, changes of mind, or if you dislike an e-novel's storyline after unlocking it.
2. Autopay Subscriptions & Cancellations
- Cancellation Window: You can cancel your recurring e-novel subscription at any time via your account dashboard. To prevent the next automated deduction, you must revoke your Autopay mandate at least 48 hours before your scheduled renewal date.
- Post-Cancellation Access: Following a successful cancellation, your access to the subscription e-novel library will remain active until the conclusion of your current prepaid billing cycle. No partial or pro-rated refunds are issued for unused days inside an active cycle.
3. Approved Exceptions & Refund Processing
While all normal digital sales are final, we want to ensure absolute fairness. THANVI ENTERPRISE will review and issue refunds under the following explicit conditions:
Eligible Conditions for a Refund:
- Duplicate Charges: If a technical glitch in the payment gateway charges your bank account or card multiple times for a single transaction.
- Unintentional Autopay Renewal After Documented Cancellation: If you successfully cancelled your mandate 48 hours in advance, but our system erroneously processed a renewal charge.
Refund Processing Timeframe
When a refund is approved by our compliance team due to systemic or payment errors, the funds will be reversed back to your original payment source (Bank Account, Credit/Debit Card, or UPI ID).
Refund Timeline: The approved refund will be credited back to your account within 6 to 7 business days, depending on your financial institution's processing cycles.
4. Digital Replacements & Technical Issues
If you experience a technical error where a purchased e-novel fails to load, displays broken text, or fails to unlock in your library:
- Reporting: Contact our support desk immediately with your transaction receipt.
- Quality Check & Resolution: Following approval of our internal technical quality check, a corrected or replacement digital file will be successfully provisioned and delivered to your user profile within 7 business days.
